Advancing the cause of women's visibility and power, the Hite Research Foundation is dedicated to improving the status of women around the world.
Toward this end, the foundation seeks to create links between women from diverse backgrounds in order to strengthen the relationships and the exchange of information between women.
Hite Research Foundation administers a number of central programmes to facilitate this main aim.
As we enter a new millennium it is auspicious that women continue to expand their dynamic and innovate ways of being together and assisting each other. Women have created outstanding and extraordinary achievements. These achievements have come in many forms, but in every case the women who undertook them have that something special that lifts them out of the everyday and into the spotlight; sometimes literally. Think over only the last fifty years and the incredible women who have changed not only their own lives but also the lives of others and society. The Hite Research Foundation’s programme is designed to put women from different backgrounds, skills and experiences together. To do this we want to provide a place where women can find each other and offer or exchange their skills and experience with other women.
