I have found that creating a group that helps each member’s business has been a great way to have numerous opinions about your business and give them feedback about their business. The members give ideas to each other on a regular basis; while ideas are being shared to one business owner you can adapt those ideas for your business. Working as a team and having numerous coaches allows you to gain a vast amount of knowledge and in short span of time. The key to this group is to keep it going and having a good mediator to move the meeting along and not to focus on one business for too long.
Being coached is not always a pleasant experience. I don’t particularly enjoy being told what I am doing wrong but I know my technology coach have my best interests at heart and they give me positive feedback along with the constructive criticism.
